The War to End All Wars 3rd Edition comes with three different game charts. These are the Manpower Chart, Technology Chart and Resource Chart. If you are new to the War to End All Wars and just want to check them out or own the game and lost yours, all three charts may be downloaded in PDF format below.
Manpower Chart: The Manpower charts tracks the total number of infantry units used by each nation throughout the whole game. It lists each nation's starting number of infantry in play and each turn as you build more, both for the imperial nations and their colonies, you add to the total. Late in the game if you run out of manpower you will find yourself having to pay double for them and risking mutunies for in the process. Download Manpower Chart PDF
Resource Chart: The Resource Chart shows how many total resources each nation and colony begins play at. As game play progresses and you lose or gain territories you will adjust the total resources each nation collects. Download Resource Chart PDF
Diplomacy Chart: The Diplomacy Chart lists all neutral nations in play and gives 5 status options for each. Those being Central, Pro Central, Neutral, Pro Allied and Allied. All neutral nations begin play either Pro Central, Neutral, or Pro Allied, excepting Siam which begins Pro Japan. The status will depend on the specific neutral. During game play nations may pay for an attempt to influence minor nations towards their cause and a success will be it one spot on the chart. So a purely neutral nation would take two successful attempts to win them onto your side and join the war. A nation that begins pro to your side would only require one success and a nation pro the opossing side would require three attempts. Download Technology Chart PDF
