The War to End All Wars 3rd Edition comes with a unique nation sheet for every player nation in the game plus a two sided sheet for all the neutral nations. The nation sheets list vital information on each nation, including starting resources and manpower limits for each nation and its colonies. The nation sheets also list the starting troop placements and the costs, attack, defense, and movement values for that nation's units. The back side of each player nation sheet contains the technology chart for that nation. That is the last download in the list below.
