Complete Game Rules
Record Keeping
You will find that The War to End All Wars 3rd Edition comes with a several charts. Three in fact. These are the Manpower Chart, Resource Chart and Diplomacy Chart. Each turn as you buy new infantry units, you should add the tally to your total number of manpower spent. YOu will notice the chart lists the number of infantry units each nation begins play with for the historical and semi historical game scenarios. Those starting units also count against the nation's total manpower limit, so any new infantry built should be added to that starting total. The resource chart lists the total number of resources for each nation. As you lose territories or conquer new territories, adjust your resource total. It will be easier to keep track of in this manner. You will have to use a note pad or something similar to keep a running total of the amount you have saved each turn. And the diplomacy chart can be used to keep track the status of various neutral nations, plus the current US Entry status. You will notice that among the sticker sheets that came with the game there are a variety of nation markers. You may use these nation markers on these three game charts.
