The War to End All Wars comes with 11 nation sheets. 10 of these are for the major player nations and one for the neutral nations. Each nation sheet contains some vital playing information for each nation. This information includes:

--1) Starting unit placements.
--2) Starting and maximum manpower limits.
--3) Beginning technology levels and places to mark advancements.
--4) Nation specific game options.
--5) Unit costs & combat abilities.

It is highly recommended that you photo copy these sheets so you have back up copies and so you may use a fresh sheet for each game you play and mark technology advancements as they are achieved.
