The War to End All Wars 3rd Edition comes with three different scenarios. The Historical and Semi-Historical scenarios both begin play with the same set up. Both scenarios represent a historical view of the global political situation at the beginning of World War I. The Diplomacy scenario is a free form game that doesn't pay any attention to the politics of the day; allowing players to assume control of any nation, and then make whatever alliances they wish.
